TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WE QUOTE UPTO SIX WEEKS FOR ITEMS TO BE MADE.
This is due to brexit and shipments now having to go through custom clearance processing.
Your order will not take any longer if it is personalised. We aim to get your order to you before six weeks and will do our very best to have it to you as soon as we can!
Product Description
All our made-to-order and personalised items are custom-made specifically for each customer. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, slight variations may occur. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the order process.
Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review your order details carefully. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours. After this period, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.
Production Time
As each item is individually crafted, production times may vary. An estimated timeframe will be provided at the point of purchase. We make every effort to deliver within this timeframe but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of made-to-order and personalised items, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production has started. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty or damaged goods.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all personalisation details (e.g., spelling, dates, names) are correct at the time of ordering. We are not liable for errors submitted by the customer.

Baby Bedding/Carseat cover Disclaimer
All baby bedding/car seat covers is for decorative purposes only. This includes, items such as cushions, pillows, sheets, quilts, and additional accessories like cot bumpers, bears and car seat covers. Your baby should not sleep or interact with these items; they are solely for decoration. When your baby is sleeping, all items, including cot bumpers, should be removed, in accordance with current NHS sleep safe advice.
The NHS and other sleep safe organizations do not recommend items such as cot bumpers due to increased risks of overheating and suffocation. Similarly, bears and cushions can also pose these risks. Embellishments, such as lace, ribbon, bows etc are intended for decoration only and should not be used as covers or blankets, as they may become safety hazards if they come loose.

Moda Minnie is not responsible for educating you on baby safety. By purchasing and using our baby products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this information. Moda Minnie will not be liable for any misuse of our products that deviates from their intended decorative purpose.
We of course want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases, but if you have any problems with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible! we'll be pleased to offer you an exchange or credit note providing this is not a personalised item or made to order item.
To receive an exchange or credit note please return the item(s) to us unworn/unused. This needs to be in its original packing with product tags attached within 7 days of you receiving the item. Once we've received the return, the full price of the item will be credited to yourself or exchanged for another item, less the delivery costs.
Where an exchange is required please contact us to let us know the alternative product that you wish to exchange for.
Sale items are non returnable
Return postage costs are at your expense. We cannot accept any liability for items lost or damaged during return postage so we recommend you send the items insured and recorded delivery. Postage costs will re apply to the new item you are exchanging for.
